About the artist
Former art director Reinhard Hunger has worked as a freelance photographer since 1996. Based in Hamburg, his portfolio embraces classic still-life motifs as well as humorously subversive sequences on themes like food and fashion. Reinhard applies an art director’s sensibility to his work, turning the mundane upside down, and making his spectators think. Reinhard’s style opens up new and surprising points of view, and has made his a favorite of agencies, clients and editors, while winning numerous awards.
