Based in Berlin, Joerg Reichardt has been a freelance photographer since the eighties. After studying art in Basel, Switzerland, he was involved in a number of theatrical and film productions before dedicating himself exclusively to photographic work in Berlin, Paris and New York. Joerg has never lost his sense of the theatrical and the dramatic, shown by the urgency and energy of the images he creates. His images, shot throughout the world, all have a trademark quality and consistency to them that is pure Reichardt.
