Shimon and Tammar decided to shoot the northern shore of California, with its diverse landscapes rocky cliffs and hills reaching into the ocean. They wanted to show how the elements on earth interact with each other: air earth and water and then how our imagination interact with the landscape. Creating new landscape from the images, merging the real objective landscape with a real subjective landscape, much like and author or a poet does with his memories and experiences, they were amazed how thick the fog was and how something so light as tiny water droplets transforms the landscape. Everything is in constant motion and in a process of transformation, although in our mind we think the world is solid, it is constantly changing. We love the fact that photography captures one single fraction of the present moment.
