About the artist
Melanie Ziggel specializes in subtle, authentic portraits of young people. Her images radiate an authenticity and calmness that quiets the mind of her viewers. In addition, Ziggel shoots travel photography and video. Born in Berlin, Germany, she spent time New York before returning to Germany, where she is now based.
